The standard engine is a 6.8-litre V8, while a 7.3-litre V8 and 6.7-litre V8 turbodiesel are optional suiting a variety of uses. All are mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, and four-wheel drive is offered on XLT trim levels and above. Adding to the flexibility is the introduction of the Ford Pro Upfit Integration System providing aftermarket equipment makers easy access to the onboard electrical system, so for example digital buttons can be added directly to the interior display  to control things like utility cranes or plows.

5G capability is being introduced on the Super Duty, which is a first for a pickup in North America. This improves navigation processing, Wi-Fi speeds and over-the-air updates. Sales begin early next year.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

The sophomore Mitsubishi PHEV is finally arriving to Canada, boasting 40 per cent more electric range than the previous version.
