Subaru x Parks Canada

For the second straight year, Subaru Outback Wilderness and Forester Wilderness customers will get to drive the vehicles into their natural habitat through the brand’s partnership with Parks Canada.

Buyers of the above two products receive family/group Parks Canada Discovery Passes allowing visits to over 80 national parks, historic sites and marine conservation areas, spanning some 450,000 kilometres, for a full year serving as a gateway to learning about the country’s vast nature and history.

Wilderness trims are built for the rugged outdoors, adding additional ground clearance and an enhanced X-MODE function that works together with the engine, transmission, brakes and all-wheel drive system further optimizing driving dynamics for challenging surface conditions.

2023 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2

Chevy’s third-generation high-performance mid-size truck isn’t slated for its debut until July 28, but GM has posted a 24-second teaser showing a few close-up shots of the racy pickup.

The front and rear fascias appear to be reshaped, with a few cool details like a “Safari” bull bar mounted in front of the fresh grille showcasing a Bow Tie emblem and a set of fog lights underneath. A new tailgate design features body colour Chevrolet branding spelled out inside a contrast black rectangular inset.

There’s not a whole lot to go of of from the brief zoomed-in views of the interior other than a quick look at a different instrument cluster shroud. Check out the video on YouTube.

The electrified version of Mercedes-Benz’s GLB is slated to arrive in Q4, and the German luxury manufacturer has just announced pricing details.

Offering seating for up to seven people, the compact crossover will be sold in Canada starting at MSRP $75,700 as a 350 4MATIC model producing 288 horsepower. The high-output 66.5-kilowatt-hour battery is rated for an approximate range of 419 kilometres on a single charge. There are also available add-on packages including Premium, Sport, Night and Intelligent Drive.

One year of Mercedes me Charge is included in the purchase, which allows users to locate thousands of charging stations coast-to-coast via the infotainment display or proprietary app, as well as pay for service.
