Canada’s largest golf and travel show was back, just in time to get golf lovers into the swing of things for the 2025 season. The Toronto Golf & Travel Show, presented by Golf Town, returned for its 33rd year, offering visitors an exciting lineup of events and experiences. From guest speakers and skill-testing challenges to professional lessons and travel destinations, the show had something for every golf enthusiast. Attendees also had the chance to browse top golf equipment and apparel retailers and even win great prizes.

One of the event’s busiest attractions was the Longest Drive Championship, presented by VinFast. Visitors lined up to put their power to the test, competing for ultimate bragging rights. Whether a seasoned golfer or simply a fan of the sport, attendees eagerly stepped up to the challenge. With state-of-the-art tracking technology and hourly leaderboards, spectators watched as participants aimed to smash the longest drive of the day. Fantastic prizes—and the glory of being crowned champion—were on the line.
VinFast introduced Golf Enthusiasts to the Future of Driving and made a strong impression with their electric vehicles, the VF9 on display and the VF8 available for test drives. Attendees had the opportunity to experience the VinFast family of electric vehicles, designed for both adventure and everyday driving. Whether you’re looking for a spacious golf and family hauler or a compact urban cruiser, VinFast offers a range of options perfect for Canadians—ideal for road-tripping to your favorite golf courses or navigating city streets.

One standout feature was the VF8 test drive model, showcased in an eye-catching golfer’s green shade called “Deep Ocean.” Despite the chilly weather, the sun shone brightly, and VinFast’s panoramic sunroof demonstrated how their vehicles keep drivers connected to both technology and nature.
Travel Partner of the show, Visit Myrtle Beach, had guests take center stage throughout the show to discuss exciting developments in the Myrtle Beach golf scene. Known for its world-class courses and welcoming atmosphere, Myrtle Beach continues to be a top destination for Canadian golfers.

Tracy Conner, Interim President & CEO of Visit Myrtle Beach, shared her enthusiasm:
“This year will mark our 64th CAN-AM Days festival, which is held each March as a celebration of appreciation for our Canadian visitors who have been making Myrtle Beach their home away from home for generations. We welcome you back this year to discover our exciting new enhancements while enjoying our time-honored traditions.”

The Centre Stage lineup also featured renowned golf professionals, including Lisa ‘Longball’ Vlooswyk, an eight-time Canadian Long Drive Champion. With her signature blend of expert tips and hilarious golf stories, she kept the audience entertained while sharing valuable insights to improve their game.
The 2025 Toronto Golf & Travel Show, presented by Golf Town, took place January 31 – February 2, 2025, at the International Centre (Hall 5) in Mississauga.
