Jeep Easter treats at Moab
The Jeep® Switchback is one of several new concepts the Jeep® and Mopar brands have created for the 51st Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah, next month.

This Jeep Easter tradition produces awesome off-road machines

Every year, Jeep and Mopar team up to come up with a creative bonanza of mean Moab-destined machines, designed in the spirit of their yearly Easter safari. The April event is usually preceded by the introduction a flight of exclusive Jeep-based concepts, equipped with a flight of Mopar body and mechanical parts. Today, we get to have a peek at two of the class of 2017, teased ahead of their formal introduction, scheduled for March 30th in Detroit.

The event not only allows Jeep to remind everyone of their dominance in the realm of off-roading, but also gives Mopar  a platform to showcase all their cool accessories. In the Easter bunny’s basket this year, we find the Jeep Quicksand and the Jeep Switchback concepts. In both cases, the silhouette is a dead give away of the famous and historical Jeep that has served as a base to the designs. If you guessed Wrangler, you get brownie points.

Both special models will be ready to tackle the Moab desert off-road tracks from April 8th to the 16th during Jeep’s Easter Safari.
