At the Monaco Yacht Show, Automobili Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group unveiled their latest collaboration, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT, a 30-metre motoryacht that blends cutting-edge nautical engineering with unmistakable supercar design. Building on the success of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 introduced in 2020, this new flagship project raises the stakes in performance, design, and luxury.

A Fusion of Icons
The 101FT takes its name from its length, about 101 feet (30.8 metres), and is the product of two brands synonymous with Italian excellence. Where The Italian Sea Group brings deep expertise in shipbuilding, Lamborghini contributes its design ethos, advanced materials, and engineering flair. Together, the companies sought to deliver an experience at sea that parallels the exhilaration of driving a Lamborghini on the road.
“This motoryacht takes Lamborghini’s DNA to sea: performance, design, and innovation come together in a vessel that redefines nautical luxury,” said Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini. “It is not only a yacht, but an affirmation of Italian excellence.”

Design Inspired by Supercars
Visually, the 101FT bears the hallmarks of Lamborghini’s latest design language. Its exterior lines draw inspiration from the limited-edition Fenomeno1, which debuted this summer at Monterey Car Week. Launch models are finished in Giallo Crius, a striking Lamborghini yellow that accentuates its sharp, angular silhouette. Distinctive front and rear lights echo those of Sant’Agata’s latest creations, while every exterior detail balances function with aesthetic purity.

Step aboard and the parallels with Lamborghini road cars become even clearer. The helm station is directly influenced by the hybrid V8 Temerario2, placing the captain in a cockpit-style environment designed for control and performance. Inside, familiar Lamborghini motifs, hexagons, clean lines, and the signature “Y” shape, define the interiors. Premium materials, bold stitching, and tailored finishes create a cabin as dramatic as it is comfortable. The layout accommodates up to nine guests along with three crew cabins, ensuring generous space for extended cruising.

Performance on the Water
True to Lamborghini form, the 101FT is built for speed. Three MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, paired with surface propellers, generate a combined output of 7,600 horsepower. The result is a top speed of 45 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots—figures that put the yacht firmly in the high-performance category of its class. Two 35 kW generators provide consistent efficiency and reliability to support long-range voyages.

Setting Sail for 2027
The Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT was introduced in Monaco as a scale model, drawing immediate attention at the world’s premier yacht showcase. The full-size version is slated for delivery at the end of 2027, giving enthusiasts a few years to secure their place among an exclusive clientele.
Mitja Borkert, Lamborghini’s Design Director, summarized the ambition behind the project: “Every detail, from exterior lines to interior accents, has been studied in meticulous detail to reflect Lamborghini’s unmistakable DNA. The 101FT represents the perfect fusion of super sports car design and nautical innovation.”
With its bold lines, blistering speed, and uncompromising luxury, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT is more than a yacht—it’s Lamborghini unleashed on the open sea.
